American car manufacturer, Ford will equip the Ford Ranger diesel variant of its presenting Ford Ranger 2.5L Duratec petrol engine iVCT with in Thailand. Ford Ranger 2.5L Duratec petrol iVCT will be released in the event the Thailand Motor Expo 2012, which will be held on 29 November to 10 December.
Ford Ranger 2.5L Duratec iVCT equipped with engines with the support of independent variable cam technology to produce high performance and efficiency. Ford Ranger petrol engine is also capable of generating power up to 166 hp and torque of 226 Nm.
Currently Ranger petrol versions sold in Australia powered 164 hp and torque of 225 Nm. There are two variants are offered for this model, variant 4 × 2 single cabins (single cab), and double cabins (double cab).
Ford Ranger petrol version is also claimed to be drinking fuel oil or fuel, and E20 (20% ethanol and 80% gasoline), so they can reduce exhaust emissions of gasoline Ranger. Price Ford Ranger 2.5L Duratec petrol engine iVCT this will be announced at Thailand Motor Expo 2012 exhibition.
